EHP always makes an effort to be available for same-day appointments for those with more pressing health concerns requiring immediate care. However, our office has one medical provider who may not always be available. In these cases, we will direct you to the nearest urgent care or emergency room, depending on your illness.
We ask that new patients arrive at least 20 minutes before their appointment so our staff can prepare your patient file promptly.
CANCELLATIONS
Encompass Health Partners reserves the right to charge a fee for any scheduled visits that are:
- Canceled less than 24 hours after the appointment.
- Missed without calling to cancel (No-Show) Cancellation Fee $75.00.
NOTE
It is recommended that patients needing medical advice make an appointment to see the physician in person. We do offer Telemedicine visits. A link will be sent to your phone at your appointment. Patients MUST have a cell phone with the capability to have a face-to-face with the Dr. You will need to have been seen in the office at least once in the year to be able to have a telemedicine visit.
