It’s been an eventful year complete with a new office site, phone number, and changes to our team.

We are pleased to welcome Kristy as our newest addition to the team. She will be working in the Front Office and also assisting with patient care!

Melodie has assumed the role of practice manager and will continue to provide clinical support services as well.

EHPVA is approaching our first anniversary in the new office space! Thanks to all who have brought personal touches in to the office. If you haven’t yet seen the space, we would love to see you!!! We celebrated four years of service and want to thank our patients for helping the practice grow during unprecedented times of change.

The office is located at 50 Sullivan Street. When you arrive, park on the side of the building with the ramp. The office is the second door on the right once you enter at the top of the ramp.

****PRACTICE UPDATES****

We are working hard to prepare for 2023 and anticipate some exciting new changes for the practice. Be on the lookout for updated practice policies to will enable us to better serve our patients.

Please remember that we will need your insurance, pharmacy cards, and ID for updates after January 1, 2023. Please allot a few extra minutes for paperwork updates that may be needed.

****Winter is coming!****

As cold and flu season are upon us, we want to remind you that we ARE implementing masking policies and request that those with active cold symptoms or known exposure to illness please CALL the front desk PRIOR to entering. We will determine at that point if Dr. Kanal can see you via telemedicine or in office. We thank you in advance for your cooperation as we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all of our patients.

We still have flu shots in stock for those who are interested. We offer preservative free shots but di not presently have any high dose flu shots in stock. For logistical reasons, we do NOT offer COVID19 vaccines but are happy to direct you to a location that can administer it.
